We received the opinons of stakeholders of Multipos with interviews. This process gave us a better understanding of what they want to achieve with this project.
Turkey's first ever mobile POS solution with NFC payment. Multinet UP has turned NFC supported mobile phones in the workplaces into mobile POS devices that can receive payments very quickly either with NFC contact or with QR.
Restaurants in Turkey have difficulties with getting paid, especially due to the instantaneous rush hours. Usually, these restaurants are located nearby the offices of White Collars, for workers to have lunch.
Our main role was to find opportunities for increased revenue by grasping the ideas behind the business model and product.
Design Sprint

UX Design
We created a wireframe according to the functions we determined with MultiPOS team. We presented the prototypes to the customer and received their approval. To create the first MVP, we applied the color decisions from the wireframe to the user interfaces and delivered the designs to the software team.
Typograhy
Since MultiPOS is a product of Multinet, we continued using the Montserrat font family which is used in the Multinets corporate ID.
Colors
We picked the colors as well by adhering the Multinets corporte color palette. Each Multinet product has a different color, and MultiPOSs is green, so we tried to use mainly green tones.

In order to reveal a product in the fastest way, one of the best elements is having a good team. We see our customers as part of our team. We can produce quick outputs with this method. We created very accurate outputs with this method.
